Development Group Update
In the first half of this year the Club’s partner, Hallam Land Management, together with its team of technical specialists has continued to engage with key statutory consultees and Arun District Council’s planning case officer to address their comments regarding our two planning applications. Further technical information has been provided and this is reflected in the latest comments from consultees that have been uploaded on the Council’s website. This process has now been largely completed.
As yet we have not been given a date when the planning applications will be put to Arun District Council’s Planning Committee, however, the time for the determination of our two planning applications has been extended until at least September 2023.
Whilst progress has been frustratingly slow, it is hoped determination on our planning applications will be made before the end of 2023.
